GRAPA NPO NPC, registered under Company Registration Number 2020/891518/08 and recognized as a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) with PBO Number 930075683, operates within the Plumstead precinct in Cape Town, South Africa. Its mission is to foster a comprehensive strategy for the restoration of social cohesion in the community.

Our mission is to create a safe and secure environment for everyone, rejuvenate and enhance the area's beauty, and attract and foster new business and employment opportunities in Plumstead.

We facilitate opportunities for community involvement by offering a platform for discussions about community matters, the upkeep of open spaces, security, sustainability, tranquil areas, and connecting with nature. We aim to cultivate a sense of belonging and ownership within our community, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for all.

One of our initiatives involves establishing a community food garden to ensure food security through organic cultivation and sustainable practices that benefit marginalized and vulnerable individuals and families. Prior to the pandemic, Plumstead was a thriving business center and a conducive environment for community growth and economic development.
